The credit
- The person who refers a friend (the referrer) earns a $20 AutoLaundry credit.
- There is no discount for the new customer. The new customer books at regular pricing.
Eligibility
- The referred person must be a new customer who has not booked with AutoLaundry before.
- The referral must be recorded on the new customer's booking through the referral link or code.
- Only eligible appointment types qualify.
- The booking must have a recorded payment or deposit before a credit can be released.
- Self-referrals are not allowed. Matching email addresses, phone numbers, or service addresses may make a referral ineligible.
When the credit is released
- The credit is released 24 hours after the referred appointment start time.
- If the referred appointment is canceled or refunded, or the booking is rejected as ineligible, no credit is issued.
- Credits that were issued in error may be voided.
Using your credit
- Each credit is delivered as one code and each code works one time.
- Credits are valid for eligible detailing services only, not add-ons or gift cards.
- Only one coupon code can be used per appointment. Use separate credits on separate appointments.
- Credits do not stack with other offers or with other credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred.
Expiry
Credits expire 6 months after they are issued. Use your credit within that time.
Changes
AutoLaundry may change or end the referral program at any time and may decline credits for misuse.
